Silver & Gold
The service begins at check-in from 1:00 pm on the day of arrival and ends at check-out at 10:00 am on the day of departure.
  • If you check in between 1:00 pm and 2:45 pm, your first included meal is lunch and your last is breakfast on the day of departure.
  • If you check in from 2:45 pm onwards, your first included meal is dinner and your last is lunch on the day of departure.
  • Your All Inclusive package always ends at 10:00 am on your departure day, although you may continue using the hotel facilities until 3:00 pm.
Wristband
Silver & Gold
The wristband is personal and non-transferable. Sharing it with anyone else is strictly prohibited. It must be worn at all times to enjoy the All Inclusive service.
Consumption
Silver & Gold
A maximum of 2 drinks per order and per guest is allowed to encourage responsible consumption. Alcohol will not be served to guests under the age of 18, in accordance with the law. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the loss of All Inclusive privileges, with the stay reverting to Full Board only, without entitlement to compensation.
Lost Wristband

If your wristband is lost or damaged, please report it to Reception as soon as possible. A replacement fee of €30 for adults and €10 for children will apply.

Frequently asked questions about the All Inclusive

What's the difference between Silver and Gold All Inclusive?

The difference is in the quality and exclusivity of the services, not in access to the hotel or its facilities. With Gold All Inclusive — only available when you book on our official website — you get Denomination of Origin wines and cava at the restaurant, premium-brand drinks at the bars, unlimited access to the Fitness Centre (compared to 1 hour a day with Silver), and a safe at no extra charge.

How do I get Gold All Inclusive?

Gold All Inclusive is only available when you book directly on our official website. If you book through a travel agent, a tour operator or any other website, you'll get Silver All Inclusive.

Are there themed à la carte restaurants at Evenia Olympic Resort?

Not as separate restaurants. The variety comes from within the buffet itself, with themed nights and corners (Mexican, Italian, Asian, sweets night) and food trucks dotted around the resort.

Which restaurant should I go to?

The complex has several restaurants with the same menu. Each room is assigned one at check-in, and you'll always need to go to yours.

What are the Fitness Centre's opening hours?

Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 9:00pm, and Sundays from 9:00am to 2:00pm. With Silver, use is limited to 1 hour a day; with Gold, access is unlimited.

Is the water park only included with Gold All Inclusive?

No. The water park, the Miniclub and the rest of the resort's facilities are available to all guests, regardless of which All Inclusive plan they have.

What's included in the Spa water circuit?

It's a paid service, with a special rate exclusively for Gold guests: €16 per person for the 2-hour session (over-18s), or €14 per person for the family session (1 hour, adults and children). It also includes a 10% discount on any other Spa treatment.

Until what time can I use the facilities after check-out?

The All Inclusive service ends at 10:00am on departure day, but you can enjoy the resort's facilities until 3:00pm.

What happens if I lose my wristband?

You must report it at reception as soon as possible. Replacement costs €30 for adults and €10 for children, the same under both plans.

When is the Miniclub open?

Open daily from 1 May to 30 September and during Easter week; weekends only the rest of the year. Children under 4 must always be accompanied by an adult.
