This unique experience is only available through reservation on our website or by calling our Customer Service.

At Evenia Hotels, we have taken our All-Inclusive service to the next level, offering a wide range of advantages and innovations that will make your stay a truly exceptional experience. It starts from the moment of check-in, starting at 1:00 PM on the day of arrival, and culminates with check-out at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. The package includes three daily meals, a varied selection of beverages and soft drinks, as well as alcoholic beverages that are already available in the standard All-Inclusive. Furthermore, we have expanded our offerings even further by incorporating new and recognized brands into the market, thus raising the quality of the services we offer at the Resort.

But that's not all. When booking the GOLD All-Inclusive package, you also get unlimited access to our exciting Water Park, a Mini Club for the little ones, vibrant entertainment that will make every day memorable, and the opportunity to stay active in our modern Fitness Club.

IMPORTANT NOTE

The All-Inclusive package is strictly personal, and guests must always wear the bracelet. During check-in, an identifying bracelet will be issued to all those who have chosen to enjoy the GOLD All-Inclusive service at our facilities. This bracelet is personal and non-transferable, and it is strictly prohibited to use it for third parties. Requesting more than three drinks at once per guest is also not allowed. We kindly request that this service be used in moderation, and please note that guests under 18 years of age will not be served alcohol, as dictated by the law.

Failure to comply with this regulation may result in the loss of privileges as a GOLD All-Inclusive customer and may only enjoy the full board service, with no option for a refund. In case of loss or breakage of the bracelet, it is the guest's obligation to notify the reception as soon as possible. In this case, the guest must pay 30 euros for adults and 10 euros for children for the replacement of the bracelet.

OPENING HOURS: The service begins with check-in, starting at 1:00 PM on the day of arrival, and ends with check-out at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

As for meal service, it will start depending on the guest's check-in time at the hotel:

  • If check-in is between 1:00 PM and 2:45 PM: The first service is lunch, and the last one is breakfast on the day of departure.
  • If check-in is after 2:45 PM: The first service will be dinner, and the last one is lunch on the day of departure.

Note: The All-Inclusive service ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure, regardless of whether the last day's meal service ends with breakfast or lunch. If the guest has lunch included on the last day, their All-Inclusive service will only be valid until 10:00 AM, while they will only have lunch included within the lunch service. Any other All-Inclusive service is excluded starting at 10:00 AM on the day of departure, although guests can enjoy the facilities until 3:00 PM.
