SERVICE GUIDE ALL INCLUSIVE GOLD
We would like to present to you the All Inclusive GOLD program 2022. A new exclusive service for our clients. During your check-in you will handed a bracelet so our hotel staff are able to indentify you. The only way of purchasing our gold All inclusive program isby reserving it directly online or by phone contacting our Call Center.
At Evenia Hotels we have reinforced the service “All Inclusive package” for our clients witha wide range of advantages and innovations just to make your experience more exclusive and enjoyable.
The offer “ALL INCLUSIVE” is strictly personal. During check in our clients will receive a bracelet, so our staff will be able to identify the customers that decided to join the “All Inclusive Gold” package. This bracelet is strictly personal and untransferable and is totally forbidden to be passed on to our clients. It is forbidden with the “All inclusive package” to provide drinks to other clients that don't join the “ALL INCLUSIVE”. Also it's not allowed to order more than three drinks at once per client. Therefore, we demand that this service will be used moderately and also remind you that its totally forbidden to serve any alcohol to clients under 18 years old according to the Spanish law.
The non-compliance of this rule will cause the client to stop receiving the “GOLD Inclusive package” and became a full board pension guest. In case you lose or break your bracelet it is the client's obligation to notify the reception as soon as possible. In this case the client must pay, by the replacement of the bracelet, 10 euros.
Note: due the Covid-19, some of our schedules and services may be altered.

WHAT DOES ALL INCLUSIVE GOLD INCLUDE?
The All Inclusive GOLD program starts at 1 pm (check in) and ends at 10 am (check out).
The service will include: 3 meals, drinks, variety off fizzy drinks and alcoholic beverages that are also included in our standard all inclusive package. We are offering this in order to obtain a wide range of products and well known beverages for our clients. Our goal is to constantly be improving the services we have on offer in our resort.
As for the food service, it will start depending on the guest's check-in time at the hotel:
- If the registration is made between 1pm and 2:45pm: The first service is lunch and the last one is breakfast on the day of departure.
- If the registration is made after 2:45pm: The first service will be dinner and the last one the lunch on the day of departure.
Note: The All Inclusive service ends at 10am on the day of departure, regardless of whether the meal service on the last day ends with breakfast or lunch. If the guest has lunch on the last day included, his All Inclusive service will only be valid until 10am, while only lunch will be included in the lunch service. Any other All Inclusive service is excluded from 10 m on the day of departure, although you can enjoy the facilities until 3 pm.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner in our buffet restaurants. Cellar with water, fizzy drinks, juices, white, rosé and red wine. All other drinks not mentioned will require an extra to pay directly to the restaurant (even if its included in our bars).
Buffet access hours:
- Breakfast: From 8am to 10am.
- Lunch: From 1pm to 2:45pm.
- Dinner: From 7pm to 9:45pm.
These schedules may suffer small variations depending on the season and circumstances.
The “All Inclusive” schedule in our hotel bars is from 10:00 am to 12:00 am. In the “Pergola” (animation area) all sort of drinks are served in the bar from 8:00 pm to 12:00 pm there is no drinks service at the tables. In the bars we also have ice creams and ice creams in a cone.

- Wine and cava sangria (glass)

NOTE: It must be taken into account that, at any given time, some of the aforementioned brands may not be available. In this case, a brand of the same quality would be offered
Food service in the Snack-Bars from May to the 22nd of June and from the 1st to the 30th of September* (indoor/outdoor space to eat):
- 10:15 am - 12:00 pm: continental breakfast
- 12:15 pm - 5:30 pm: lunch and snacks: hamburgers, sandwiches, fries, hot dogs, etc.
From the 23rd of June to the 31st of August (indoor/outdoor space to eat):
- 10:15 am - 12:00 pm: continental breakfast
- 12:15 pm - 6:30 pm: lunch and snacks: hamburgers, sandwiches, fries, hot dogs, etc.
* In the months from October to April, both inclusive, the snack-bar service will not be available.
Our GOLD All Inclusive clients have unlimited Access to our Fitness Centre from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sundays from 09:00 am to 2:00 pm. To access to the gym, it will be necessary to wear sports attire, trainers and a towel. The client will have to go to the sports reception and show their restaurant card or the All Inclusive GOLD bracelet.
If a child is younger than 18 years old a signed letter by their parents will be required. Minor under the age of 15 are not allowed to join the Fitness Center.
Other offers in our Fitness Centre for our GOLD All Inclusive Clients:
- Access to our water circuit (2 hours) per 15€ per person and session. For adults only (+18 years old). Please bring swimsuit, flip flops and a towel.
- Water circuit in family for 15€ per person and session (adults and kids), 1 hour session. Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm. Saturdays from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.
- You will also receive a 10% discount on any treatment in our Spa (not applicable on other offers).
Kids from 4 to 12 years old must be accompanied all the moment by their parents or an adult person. From the opening of the hotel in February:
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
- From the 1st of April to the 22nd of June and from the 12th of September to the 15thof October open every day from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- From the 23rd of June to the 12th of September open every day from 10:00 am to6:00 pm and from 9:00 pm to 10:30 pm.

You will also have free towels for the swimming pool (to join this service you just need to leave a deposit): A fee for a towel replacement service.
