What if I cancel my booking?
Your booking follows the cancellation conditions of the rate you chose, as if you paid in one go. If you cancel within the deadline and without charges, you manage the cancellation with Evenia, we send the refund order to Scalapay and you get back what you have paid. Scalapay processes the refund within its own timeframes. If you chose 4 payments, the 1% fee is not refunded.

The first installment is charged when you book and the rest month by month. Depending on your arrival date, an installment may be charged after your stay. Check the exact schedule on Scalapay before you confirm.
