If you need to modify any detail of your reservation, cancel or make a query related to your reservation, you can fill out this form.

If you want to modify or cancel your reservation, have problems with payments/refunds, have not received the modification email or require information from the hotel, you need to have on hand:

1. Your booking reference number, which can be found in the booking confirmation email: it is an alphanumeric code
2. The email address you used to make the booking

If you have not received the confirmation email of your reservation, you will need to have on hand:
