How to get the points
The points are obtained due to the accumulation of stays in any of the hotels belonging to the chain. As a guide, for each Euro of the amount of the stay actually paid to the hotel, a minimum of 10 points is obtained. Depending on the hotel of accommodation and the promotions in force at the time of booking, this number of points may increase or decrease. Evenia Hotels reserves the right to vary the ratios for obtaining and using points, without prior notice and without this fact giving the right to any claim. Points are only obtained by booking through the official website of the chain.
- The points obtained for a reservation will be automatically added to the total amount of points associated with a client account after a maximum of 72 hours from the moment of the client's check-out for said reservation.
- Earning points is personal by the owner of the email associated with MY Evenia account. Points are not transferable or negotiable in any case.
- In the event that two or more holders of a MY Evenia account hold the same reservation, the points earned with this reservation will only be assigned to one of them, specifically to the user associated with the reservation locator.
- Free stays as an invitation, those obtained with special rates for company employees, travel agents, or rates not available to the general public, do not earn points.
- To accredit the right of obtaining points for services not accounted for, the participant to MY Evenia should send the corresponding claim to MY Evenia service center, indicating the client's name, the email of the MY Evenia account, the name of the hotel and the dates of their stay, as well as a brief description of the incident. The valid claim period is three months from the date of check out of the stay that is the subject of the claim. Claims that are not duly documented or submitted on time will not be accepted.
- If, once a claim has been made and approved, any establishment individually denies the award of points or benefits unjustifiably, Evenia Hotels will assume exclusively the responsibility of crediting the corresponding points.
- Evenia hotels will promptly communicate what concepts are eligible for points, as well as possible special promotions, benefits or program amenities. The points generated in each operation will be those corresponding to the days of stay according to the current tables, regardless of possible services or benefits granted by Evenia Hotels to limited promotions.
