Your All Inclusive package starts at 12:00 noon on your arrival day and ends at 12:00 noon on your departure day.
  • If you arrive before 4:00 pm, your first included meal will be lunch.
  • If you arrive after 4:00 pm, your package will begin with dinner.
Group Bookings
Silver Gold
Families, friends or groups cannot be booked under different board packages. Everyone included in the same booking or travelling together must stay on the same board basis.
Wristband
Silver Gold
Your wristband is personal and non-transferable. It must be worn visibly at all times to access the All Inclusive services.
Food & Drinks
Silver Gold
A maximum of 3 drinks per order applies as part of our responsible alcohol policy. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18.

Safety deposit box and pool towels are included (free of charge with a refundable cash deposit).

Frequently asked questions about the All Inclusive

What's the difference between Silver and Gold All Inclusive?

The difference is in the quality and exclusivity of the services, not in access to the hotel or its facilities. With Gold All Inclusive — only available when you book on our official website — you get premium, name-brand drinks instead of standard house brands, access to à la carte dinners at the themed restaurants (with Silver, those same restaurants are buffet and snacks only), and a safe included at no extra charge, which isn't included with Silver.

How do I get Gold All Inclusive?

Gold All Inclusive is only available when you book directly on our official website. If you book through a travel agent, a tour operator or any other website, you'll get Silver All Inclusive.

How do the dinners at the themed restaurants work?

To enjoy the à la carte restaurants, you'll need to book in advance, which is arranged at reception when you arrive. The number of included dinners depends on the length of your stay. Please note these restaurants have specific opening dates during the season:

  • Carlo's: 1 May to 15 October.
  • Mediterráneo: 21 May to 30 September.
  • Grill El Olivo: 4 June to 30 September.
  • Aventura Burger: 1 July to 6 September.

Can I go back to a themed restaurant more than once?

Yes — the total number of themed dinners for your stay, whether you return to the same restaurant or try different ones, depends on how many nights you're staying:

  • 2-3 nights: 1 themed dinner.
  • 4 nights: 2 themed dinners.
  • 5-7 nights: 3 themed dinners.
  • 8 nights: 4 themed dinners.
  • 9 nights: 5 themed dinners.
  • 10+ nights: 6 themed dinners.

Once you've used all the dinners included in your stay, no further ones can be booked.

Can I eat or dine outdoors?

While the main buffet restaurants don't have an outdoor dining area, the themed restaurants have a lovely terrace where you can enjoy both the midday buffet and the à la carte dinners in the evening.

What are the gym opening hours in summer?

Summer hours (1 July to 15 September) are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 1pm and 3pm to 6pm, Saturdays 8:30am to 11am, and the gym is closed on Sundays.

Are the pools fresh water or salt water?

We have several outdoor salt-water pools and one fresh-water children's pool.

Is the water park only included with Gold All Inclusive?

No. The water park, the entertainment programme and the rest of the resort's facilities are available to all guests, regardless of which All Inclusive plan they have. The difference between Silver and Gold is in drink quality, access to à la carte dinners and the safe — not in access to the facilities.

Can I use the facilities after check-out?

The service ends at 12pm. If you'd like to enjoy the resort until 6pm, ask at reception about extension rates.

What happens if I lose my wristband?

You must report it at reception straight away. There's a €10 replacement charge.
