RESERVATIONS OF FAMILIES, FRIENDS, OR GROUPS WITH DIFFERENT REGIMES ARE NOT ALLOWED

The All-Inclusive regime is strictly personal, and guests must always wear the identification bracelet. During check-in, an identification bracelet will be issued to all those who have chosen to enjoy the All-Inclusive GOLD package in our facilities. This bracelet is personal and non-transferable, and it is strictly prohibited to lend it to third parties. It is also not allowed to order more than three drinks at once per guest. Furthermore, we kindly request that you always make moderate use of this service and remember that guests under the age of 18 will not be served alcohol, as dictated by law.

Failure to comply with this regulation may result in the loss of privileges as an All-Inclusive GOLD customer and a switch to the full-board service only, with no possibility of complaint. In case of loss or breakage of the bracelet, it is the guest's obligation to report it to the reception as soon as possible. In this case, a fee of 10 euros will be charged for bracelet replacement.

OPENING HOURS: The service begins from 12 noon on the day of arrival and ends at 12 noon on the day of departure. If, after check-out, you wish to continue using the facilities and the All-Inclusive service until 6 pm, please check the prices at the reception.

Regarding the meal service, it will commence depending on the guest's time of registration at the hotel:

  • If check-in is between 12 noon and 4 pm: The first service is lunch, and the last is breakfast on the day of departure.
  • If check-in is from 4 pm onwards: The first service will be dinner, and the last will be lunch on the day of departure.

Note: The All-Inclusive service ends at 12 noon on the day of departure, regardless of whether the last day's meal service ends with breakfast or lunch. If the guest has included lunch on the last day, their All-Inclusive service will only be valid until 12 noon, and it will include only lunch and drinks as part of the lunch service. Any other All-Inclusive service is excluded from 12 noon on the day of departure.

This year we inaugurate Río Aventura, an incredible Lazy River that connects both pools and will consist of more slide areas! We also offer an immense pool area with palm trees, a beautiful waterfall, and even an island. Our pool area is shared, so if you stay at Evenia Zoraida Garden or Evenia Zoraida Park, you'll have unrestricted access to all pool areas and the water park, as long as you measure over 110 cm in height. In our water park, you'll find slides of different sizes and types, from multi-lane to zigzag, covered slides, and water jet slides, which will delight both young and old.

For the little ones, we have a specially designed children's area. Here, your kids can enjoy a charming pool that's 40 cm deep, with a pirate ship, dragons, small slides, and water cannons, all designed for the little ones to have fun in a safe and peaceful environment.
