What's the difference between Evenia Olympic Garden, Suites, Palace and Park?

All 4 hotels belong to the Evenia Olympic Resort complex and share the same common facilities. Garden and Park are just a few metres from the waterslide pool, with modern-design rooms ideal for families with children or couples. Suites and Palace face the tropical pool and offer spacious family rooms split into a separate bedroom and lounge area.

How many people can stay in each room?

Large-family rooms accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people. Family rooms accommodate up to 4 adults, or 3 adults plus 2 children.

Can non-guests spend the day at the hotel?

The Day Pass is only available to guests' family members (not available in August), always subject to availability and prior enquiry.

How does the mini club work?

Access is available to children aged 4 and over; children aged 2 and over may also join if accompanied by a parent. Opening hours: 10am–6pm, varying by season.

Is there parking at Evenia Olympic Garden?

Yes, covered parking is available (maximum vehicle height: 2.15m). A parking space can be pre-booked online when making your reservation, or by contacting our reservations team if you already have a booking.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

Yes, guests have access to the complex's outdoor pools: tropical pools, a waterslide pool, a children's pool, and a heated pool.

Are pool towels and sun loungers provided?

Guests receive pool towels free of charge (a deposit is required). A small fee applies for towel exchanges. Sun lounger use is completely free

Does the hotel have a pool with waterslides?

Yes, there's a pool with a water slide area, plus another with a pirate ship and water games for children. Available from 1 May to 30 September.

Does the hotel have an indoor pool?

Yes, the complex has a heated indoor pool in the Evenia Olympic Park building, open all season and accessible to guests of all ages.

What are the buffet restaurant's opening hours?

Breakfast: 8am–10am. Lunch: 1pm–2:30pm. Dinner: 7pm–9:30pm. Times subject to seasonal changes.

What is the limit for cash payments?

€1,000 for residents of Spain, and €10,000 for non-residents.

Do I need to pay a tourist tax?

Yes, all hotels in Catalonia charge this tax, payable at check-in.

Can I book more than one room for the same dates with different meal plans?

No, this isn't possible. A group of friends or family must book all rooms under the same meal plan.

Are there other meal plans available?

Yes: Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board and All Inclusive. In July and August, All Inclusive is the only plan available.

What is the first meal served on arrival at the hotel?

This depends on your check-in time. Between 1pm and 2:45pm, the first meal is lunch and the last is breakfast on departure day. After 2:45pm, the first meal is dinner and the last is lunch on departure day.

Is there special food for babies at the buffet, or for food intolerances?

Yes, baby food jars (fish, meat and fruit) are prepared daily. Please let us know at check-in if you'll need this service, or if you have any food intolerances.

When does the All Inclusive service start and end?

The service ends at 10am on departure day, regardless of whether the last included meal is breakfast or lunch. If lunch on the last day is included, the service remains valid only until 10am. No other service is included after that time, although guests may use the facilities until 3pm.
