Yes, all resort guests have access to all facilities, including swimming pools, leisure areas and resort activities. Buffet restaurants are usually assigned according to the hotel you're staying in, though all other services can be enjoyed without restriction.

Is there an entertainment programme?

Yes, a varied programme for all ages, including live shows, aquagym, dance classes, baby dance sessions, and a Mini Club where children can socialise, play and take part in activities and workshops.

What's the difference between Evenia Olympic Park, Suites, Palace and Garden?

All 4 hotels belong to the Evenia Olympic Resort complex and share the same common facilities. Park and Garden are just a few metres from the waterslide pool, with modern-design rooms ideal for families with children or couples. Suites and Palace face the tropical pool and offer spacious family rooms split into a separate bedroom and lounge area

How many people can stay in each room?

Large-family rooms accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people. Rooms accommodate up to 4 adults, or 3 adults plus 2 children.

Can non-guests spend the day at the hotel?

The Day Pass is only available to guests' family members (not available in August), always subject to availability and prior enquiry.

How does the mini club work?

Access is available to children aged 4 and over; children aged 2 and over may also join if accompanied by a parent. Opening hours: 10am–6pm, varying by season.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

Yes, guests have access to the complex's outdoor pools: tropical pools, a waterslide pool, a children's pool, and a heated pool.

Are pool towels and sun loungers provided?

Guests receive pool towels free of charge (a deposit is required). A small fee applies for towel exchanges. Sun lounger use is completely free

Yes, the complex has a heated indoor pool in the Evenia Olympic Park building, open all season and accessible to guests of all ages.

No, this isn't possible. A group of friends or family must book all rooms under the same meal plan.

Are there other meal plans available?

Yes: Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board and All Inclusive. In July and August, All Inclusive is the only plan available.

What is the first meal served on arrival at the hotel?

This depends on your check-in time. Between 1pm and 2:45pm, the first meal is lunch and the last is breakfast on departure day. After 2:45pm, the first meal is dinner and the last is lunch on departure day.

Is there special food for babies at the buffet, or for food intolerances?

Yes, baby food jars (fish, meat and fruit) are prepared daily. Please let us know at check-in if you'll need this service, or if you have any food intolerances.

Is Evenia Olympic Suites accessible for guests with reduced mobility?

Yes, it's accessible in all areas via ramps or lifts, with an adapted chair available for the tropical pool.

Is the All Inclusive package available?

Yes, Evenia Olympic Suites offers the All Inclusive package.

What does the All Inclusive Gold package include?

A special package including, among other things, premium-brand drinks, free wifi, a safe, and access to the Fitness Centre.

When does the All Inclusive service start and end?

The service ends at 10am on departure day, regardless of whether the last included meal is breakfast or lunch. If lunch on the last day is included, the service remains valid only until 10am. No other service is included after that time, although guests may use the facilities until 3pm.
