What are the main differences between Evenia Olympic Park, Evenia Olympic Suites, Evenia Olympic Palace and Evenia Olympic Garden?

The 4 hotels belong to the Evenia Olympic Resort and share the same facilities (swimming pools, restaurants, bars, etc.). The Evenia Olympic Park and Evenia Olympic Garden hotels are located just a few meters from the water-slide pool and are ideal for staying with children. Additionally, the rooms feature modern and avant-garde designs. The Evenia Olympic Suites and Evenia Olympic Palace hotels are located right in front of the tropical pool. They also have spacious, family rooms which are divided into two areas: a bedroom and a living room.

How many people can stay in each room?

Up to 5 people can be accommodated in large family rooms. Up to 4 adults, or 3 adults + 2 children, can be accommodated in the Family Rooms and Family Apartment.

How does the kids club work?

At Evenia Olympic Resort kids are welcome! Access to the MiniClub is allowed to all children from 4 years old and up, although 2-year-old children may also enjoy the service if accompanied by a parent. The hours of operation of the children’s club are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please note, schedules may vary depending on the season.

Is there parking at the Evenia Olympic Suites?

The Evenia Olympic Suites has a covered parking service. The maximum height of vehicles allowed is 2.15 mt. It is possible to reserve a parking space in advance through the website at the time of booking. The opening hours of the buffet restaurant at Evenia Olympic Suites are as follows: Breakfast from 7:45 am to 10 am; lunch from 12:45 pm to 2:30 pm; and dinner from 6:45 pm to 9:30 pm. Schedules are subject to change due to service or seasonal circumstances.

No, it is not possible. The same group of friends or family must book all the rooms in the same accommodation board.

Are there any other options available?

At our resort, we have several options available: Bed and Breakfast, Half Board, usually including Breakfast and Dinner, Full Board and All-Inclusive. On July and August, you can only book a room with All-inclusive.

EcoEvenia canteens are on sale at hotel receptions for 6.00£, one of which is donated to the organization FECDAS, Catalan Federation of underwater activities, for the development of cleaning and environmental awareness activities.

Check-in time is from 1pm. Check-out must take place before 10am. You can access the All Inclusive service from 1pm.

What is the first meal service upon arrival at the hotel?

It will start depending on the guest's check-in time at the hotel. If the check-in time is between 1:00 p.m. and 2:45 p.m., the first service will be lunch and the last service will be breakfast on the day of departure. If check-in is after 14:45 hours, the first service will be dinner and the last service will be lunch on the day of departure.

Is there special food for babies in the buffet or for food intolerances?

Yes, baby food with fish, meat and fruit is prepared daily. Please inform the hotel upon check-in that you will require this service, as well as any possible food intolerances.

The All Inclusive service ends at 10am on the day of departure, regardless of whether the last day's meal service ends with breakfast or lunch. If the guest has the last day's meal included, the All Inclusive service will only be valid until 10am, although the meal will be included. Any other All Inclusive service is excluded from 10am on the day of departure, although they will be able to enjoy the facilities until 3pm.
