The hotel has free Wi-Fi for all clients in rooms and common areas. To access the Wi-Fi service, you must request the password at reception.

Where is the Evenia Zoraida Park located?

Evenia Zoraida Park is located in Roquetas de Mar, Costa de Almería, in front of Playa de la Bajadilla. Thanks to its beachfront location, our guests can wake up to the sound of the waves. Roquetas de Mar is located at a distance of 2 km. approximately, there is a pleasant promenade of only 15 minutes from the hotel.

What does All-inclusive mean?

All-inclusive Gold is a special regime which includes, among many other things, top brand drinks, free Wi-Fi, access to the fitness centre, free safe and themed suppers.

Is all-inclusive available?

Evenia Zoraida Park offers an all-inclusive regime. Furthermore, if you book on our website you can get the exclusive all-inclusive gold.

When do the All-Inclusive services start and end?

The All Inclusive service ends at 12 noon on the day of departure, regardless of whether the last day's meal service ends with breakfast or lunch. If the guest has lunch included on the last day, his/her All Inclusive service will only be valid until 12 noon, while only lunch and beverages within the lunch service will be included. Any other All Inclusive service after 12 noon on the day of departure is excluded.

What is the first meal service upon arrival at the hotel?

Meal service will start depending on the guest's check-in time at the hotel. If check-in is between 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm, the first service is lunch and the last service is breakfast on the day of departure. If check-in is after 4:00 p.m., the first service will be dinner and the last service will be lunch on the day of departure.

Where can I buy EcoEvenia canteens?

EcoEvenia canteens are on sale at hotel receptions for 6€, one of which is donated to the organization FECDAS, Catalan Federation of underwater activities, for the development of cleaning and environmental awareness activities.

Yes, the resort makes spring and sparkling water fountains available free of charge to all guests, distributed in different parts of the hotel grounds, in a commitment to sustainability and the reduction of single-use plastic as part of the EcoEvenia program.

Yes, every day baby jars are prepared with fish, meat and fruit. We kindly ask that when you check-in at the hotel inform that you will need this service.

Can I book more than one room for the same dates with different rates?

No, it is not possible. The same group of friends or family must book all the rooms in the same accommodation board.

Are there any other options available?

At our resort, we have more regimes available: Room Only, Bed Breakfast, Half Board (Breakfast and Supper normally), Full Board and All-Inclusive. From July to October 15th you can only book a room in All-inclusive.

The double rooms can accommodate from one adult to a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children. The Junior Suite rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children + Baby.

The double rooms have dimensions from 18SqM., while the Junior Suite type occupies a space from 28SqM.

Do I need to prove the age of the kids?

Yes, when checking in you need to show the ID of the child or the Family book. In case you do not have these documents, you will need to prove the age of the children with another kind of document (e.g. Health card, school card, etc.).

Evenia Zoraida Park has a buffet restaurant with a wide range of culinary offerings, as well as show cooking stations. In addition, the Evenia Zoraida Beach Resort has four themed restaurants: The Mediterranean restaurant, Carlo's restaurant and the Asia restaurant offer snack + lunch buffet all inclusive (dinner a la carte only in all inclusive Gold with prior reservation at the time of check-in) with a schedule from 12:00h to 24:00h. Olivo restaurant offers snack (a la carte dinner only in all-inclusive Gold with prior reservation at check-in) from 12:00h to 24:00h.

The Evenia Zoraida Resort has a pool with a water slide, a water park, in common use for the two hotels of our resort, the Evenia Zoraida Park and the Evenia Zoraida Garden.

Evenia Zoraida Park features an indoor heated swimming pool, which is located at the Evenia Zoraida Garden building. This pool is only available from 01/10 to 31/05.

Do you have towels for the pool?

Our guests have free towels for the pool (to enjoy this service you must leave a deposit). A small fee will be paid for the towel change service.

What kind of swimming pools does Evenia Zoraida Park have?

Evenia Zoraida Beach Resort has several swimming pools: Park Pool (salt water) from 10:00h to 20:00h, Park children's pool (salt water) from 10:00h to 20:00h, Slide pool (salt water) from 10: 00h to 20:00h, Garden Pool (salt water) from 10:00h to 20:00h, Garden children's pool (fresh water) from 10:00h to 20:00h and the heated pool (fresh water) from 10:00h to 20:00h.

Evenia Zoraida Park has a parking service. It is recommended to reserve in advance because places are limited. The maximum height of admitted vehicles is 2.20 m. We also have free uncovered parking that cannot be reserved.

What are the main differences between Evenia Zoraida Park and Evenia Zoraida Garden?

Both Hotels are part of the Evenia Zoraida Resort, which means both share the same facilities (pools, restaurants, bars, etc). The main difference lies in the type of rooms and the distance to the pool. Evenia Zoraida Garden rooms boast a more avant-garde decoration. On the other hand, Evenia Zoraida Park, as its name indicates, is closer to our water park.

Is it possible to extend the Check-Out time?

Yes, Evenia Zoraida Resort has a gym. It is located in the Evenia Zoraida Garden building. It’s free for those clients with All-inclusive Gold and All-Inclusive. For the rest of the regimes, it has an additional cost. Summer hours: from 01/07 to 15/09. From Monday to Friday from 08:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays from 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Sunday closed. Yes, the Evenia Zoraida Beach Resort has three bars: Bar Plaza a tapas bar open from 12:00h to 16:00h and all inclusive from 10:00h to 24:00h. Bar Park Garden offers an all-inclusive from 10:00h to 24:00h with opening hours from 10:00h to 24:00h. Bar Las Vegas offers an all inclusive from 10:00h to 24:00h with a schedule from 17:00h to 01:00h.

Most rooms at the Evenia Zoraida Park have a bath with a shower. Only some have a shower tray only.

Is there an Entertainment service?

Yes, the animation team at Evenia Zoraida Resort keeps our guests entertained with a wide and varied program of activities for all ages, both for children and adults. The program includes live shows, aquagym classes, dancing, baby dance, and, of course, a special area dedicated to the little ones: a MiniClub where children can socialize, play, and participate in fun activities and workshops. During the high season (from June 15th to September 10th), only children over 4 years old are allowed to enter the MiniClub. In the low season, children under 4 years old are welcome but must be accompanied by their parents.
