No, the water circuit is not included in the package; it is a paid service. All-Inclusive Gold guests (those who book via the official website) enjoy a special rate of €16 per person for a 2-hour session (ages 18+) or €14 per person for a family session (1 hour, for adults and children). This includes showers, pools, a Jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a Finnish sauna, and thermal loungers. Additionally, all guests—both Silver and Gold—receive a 10% discount on any other spa treatment (cannot be combined with other offers).
Yes, the reservation is made at the hotel reception. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, especially for the family session, which is only offered during specific time slots.
The family session for the water circuit (1 hour) takes place Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The spa is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The water circuit is for ages 18 and up. Minors may only access it during the family session, accompanied by adults, at the designated times.
You only need a swimsuit and flip-flops. The towel is not included.
Yes. We offer special men's facial aesthetics treatments, as well as massages and access to the hydrotherapy circuit.
Yes. There is a gym, water-based workouts, and organized activities, including options for children. The Fitness Center is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Access is unlimited with the Gold All-Inclusive plan, while the Silver plan includes one hour per day.
